1. Definitions

- "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Storage Units
Storage Pimlico offers various sizes of storage units to accommodate different needs. Customers must select the appropriate unit size based on their storage requirements.
2.1 Unit Availability
All storage units are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability is subject to change without prior notice.
2.2 Occupancy Limits
The maximum occupancy limits for each storage unit must be adhered to as specified in our unit guidelines. Exceeding these limits may result in additional charges or unit reassignment.
3. Payment Terms
Customers are required to pay for their storage units in advance. Payments can be made monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on the selected plan.
3.1 Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, direct debit, and online payment platforms. All payments must be made in the approved currency.
3.2 Late Payments
Late payments may incur additional fees. Storage Pimlico reserves the right to suspend access to storage units until outstanding payments are settled.
4. Access to Storage Units
Customers are granted access to their storage units during our operating hours. Access outside these hours may require prior arrangement and could be subject to additional fees.
4.1 Security
Storage Pimlico employs various security measures, including surveillance cameras and secure locks, to protect stored items. However, the Company is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property.
4.2 Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited from being stored:
- Flammable or explosive materials
- Perishable goods
- Illegal substances
- Hazardous chemicals
- Weapons
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of the Agreement and removal of the prohibited items.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the proper use and maintenance of their storage units. This includes ensuring that items are stored safely and do not pose a risk to others.
5.1 Insurance
Storage Pimlico does not provide insurance for stored items. Customers are advised to obtain their own insurance coverage to protect their belongings.
5.2 Maintenance of Storage Units
Customers must keep their storage units clean and free from pests. Any damage to the unit caused by negligence may result in repair costs being charged to the customer.
6. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate the Agreement by providing written notice as specified in the contract terms. Upon termination, customers must vacate their storage units and remove all belongings.
6.1 Early Termination
Early termination by the customer may be subject to fees as outlined in the Agreement. Storage Pimlico reserves the right to enforce these fees to cover any incurred losses.
6.2 Termination by Company
Storage Pimlico may terminate the Agreement for reasons including, but not limited to, non-payment, violation of Terms and Conditions, or illegal activities. In such cases, the Company may access and remove stored items without liability.
7. Liability
Storage Pimlico exercises reasonable care in protecting stored items. However, the Company is not liable for loss or damage resulting from natural disasters, theft, or other unforeseen events beyond its control.
7.1 Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Storage Pimlico's liability exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the storage services during the preceding twelve months.
7.2 Indemnification
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Storage Pimlico, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the storage services.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Storage Pimlico operates. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
9. Amendments
Storage Pimlico reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the storage services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9.1 Notification of Changes
Notifications regarding amendments will be communicated via email or through notices posted at our facilities. It is the customer's responsibility to stay informed about any updates.
10. Privacy Policy
Storage Pimlico is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers. Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing storage services and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
10.1 Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect customer data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
10.2 Customer Rights
Customers have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal information. Requests can be submitted through our official communication channels.
11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation before seeking legal remedies.
11.1 Mediation
If negotiation fails, the parties may engage in mediation, facilitated by a neutral third party, to reach a mutually acceptable solution.
11.2 Arbitration
Should mediation not result in a resolution, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the appropriate arbitration association.
12. Miscellaneous
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Storage Pimlico regarding the use of storage services. Any waiver of provisions must be in writing and signed by both parties.
12.1 Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
12.2 Force Majeure
Storage Pimlico shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, or governmental actions.
By utilizing Storage Pimlico's services, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
